
Ingredients
1 Sweet potato peeled and cut
2 All-Beef Sausages
2 Garlic cloves diced
2 Tbsp of chopped green onion
1 Tsp Ginger powder
3 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 Tomato
2 Scoops of powdered bone broth (optional.-for added nutrients)
2 Handfuls of spinach
3/4 Cup of lentils
Sea salt or pink salt to taste
4 Litres of pure water
Preparation
In a large pot add coconut oil, sweet potato, sausage, garlic, ginger powder and green onion. Let it fry and mix all together.
In a blender add the water, pumpkin seeds, tomato and bone broth, and blend well.
After the sausage and sweet potato have been frying for 5-10 minutes add the tomato and seed mixture to the pot and let it boil.
Add the lentils and let it cook for 35 minutes.
Finally add the spinach and salt, cover and turn off the heat.
Wait for 5 minutes until spinach has softened and serve.
