Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tablespoon butter or avocado oil, for frying
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Add butter or oil to a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour in 2–3 tablespoons of batter per pancake and turn over once the centre begins to bubble (usually takes about 3–4 minutes).
Top with butter and cinnamon. Alternatively, use a 1/2 cup of blueberries.
